Where do you work?
We are based in Ho Chi Minh City and work remotely across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Because AI answers travel in every language and across every border, the businesses we help serve customers who research from anywhere in the world before they arrive.
Do you serve longevity or healthspan clinics?
No. Those are served by our specialist sister practice, Sandria. Longevity and healthspan is a distinct field with its own evidence standards, so we route it to Sandria rather than stretch to cover it. You can find them at sandria.ai.
The free check
Is the free AI check really free?
Yes. One verified finding about what AI says about your business, sent by email, with no strings and no obligation. The finding is yours to act on either way. We offer one free check per business.
Why do you ask for a work email?
Because the free check is one per business, and the finding should go to the business. A work email at your own domain lets us confirm the request belongs to the company we're checking, and keeps the finding out of the wrong hands.
How long does the free check take?
Verified findings reach you within 48 hours. Every finding is reviewed by a human editor before it's sent, so what you get is checked, not generated. If a finding is ever wrong, we can show you exactly where and when AI said it.
The Blueprint
What is the Blueprint?
The Blueprint is our full diagnosis: verified findings, a prioritized fix roadmap, and a 45-minute walkthrough, delivered within 48 hours for USD 800. It tells you exactly where you stand: where you appear, where competitors appear instead, what AI gets wrong about you, and what we'd fix first.
What exactly do you examine?
We run your business through all major AI assistants with the real questions your customers ask, in English and Vietnamese, and examine the data those assistants read: your website, your Google Business Profile and maps presence, your reviews, and the mentions of you elsewhere. Where any layer is wrong, thin or invisible, we find it.
Does the USD 800 really get credited?
Yes, in full. If you continue into Presence or Authority, the entire USD 800 is deducted from your first month. The Blueprint is a diagnosis, not a document for the drawer: if we do the work, it's on us.
Presence, Authority & Agentic
What does Presence include?
Presence is USD 1,200 a month. We implement the roadmap and stand guard: your key pages rewritten so AI can read and cite them, your business data corrected everywhere AI looks, then monthly re-checks across every major assistant and an alert the moment an answer about you changes.
What does Authority add?
Authority is USD 3,000 a month and adds offense to Presence. Monthly content built around the exact questions your customers ask AI, placement in the sources AI cites, in English and Vietnamese, with a quarterly executive review. The aim is that you stop being merely described and become the answer.
What are agentic solutions?
An AI concierge for your business, answering your customers 24/7 in English and Vietnamese, trained on everything you do. It's offered on request, once your visibility has created the demand, after a Blueprint or during a retainer. Scoped per project rather than priced from a list.
How we work
How is this different from SEO?
SEO is about where you rank in a list of links. We work on what AI assistants actually say when someone asks them who to trust. The foundations overlap (clean data, clear pages, credible mentions), but the target is different: not a ranking, but the answer itself.
Do humans review the findings?
Yes. Every finding is verified by a human editor before it reaches you. Nothing automated goes out under our name. If we tell you AI gets something wrong about you, we can show you where and when it said it.
Will you show how you probe?
We share what we find, never how we probe. The findings are yours to keep and act on; the methodology behind them is ours. That line is what lets us stand behind every finding and keep the method sharp.
